Baley-Trotman specializes in chipper potatoes. There are many different varieties of this potato with different characteristics. Baley-Trotman supplies Frito Lay Inc ® with potatoes during the winter and spring months. Baley-Trotman is also a quality producer of wheat, barley, and alfalfa for regional farms and dairies.
