Grown in the rich soils of the Klamath and Tulelake Basin, our chipper potatoes are known for their exceptional quality. We work hard to grow chippers that meet the needs of our customers, selecting varieties and perfecting farming practices which yield round, attractive potatoes with the right balance of sugars, solids and skin thickness,

Our grain crops are dual-purpose, providing an important rotation in our crop plans while allowing our farm to bring quality grains to the worldwide market. With both winter and spring plantings, our grains are harvested at their peak to ensure optimum nutritional and storage properties. Our farm grows both organic and conventional grains in order to serve a variety of customers.

Baley-Trotman Farms recently added garlic to its crop diversification. Many of our garlic crops are grown as seed, ensuring a plentiful seed supply for garlic crops that are targeted towards consumers. Our garlic fields are carefully selected in order to support the unique needs of each garlic crop, with a focus on optimum soil health.
